i talked to a guy who blew the rear apex seal of his motor got thrown out and into the turbo messing the turbo up i called him up wondering if hed sell me the turbo kit for my 88 FC he said shure ill sell you everything you need to hook up the turbo for $70
comes with all the piping intake and intercooler i need to call the guy tommorow and find out if he includes the exhaust manifold which i know gets used to use the turbo pls keep in mind i am new with this stuff and looking for a fast car and pls forgive me grammer i suck at it and hate putting it in i make REAL long sentences that are run ons lol neways ummmm what could a rear apex seal do to a turbine when it crashes into it and is it worth it.... another thing do i need the computer or is there some way i can stay with the FC stock computer (non turbo) and stick the turbo in it and work everything manually like a manual boost controler and my bro says i would need to fix the air/fuel ratio pls guys i need comments and help real bad...... pls tell me everything again dont forget i get everything to work the turbo just dont know if i should pay a lil more and rebuild turbo if anything wrong with it and pics of how the turbo works in the 2nd gen like all the piping and exhaust manifold where it connects to would be great...

you can't bolt the turbo to your engine. everything is 100% different between the turbo and non turbo cars.

#1 An apex seal through a Turbo pretty much wastes the impeller and would require rebuilding or replacement of the Turbo.

#2 Please read the FAQ for FC at the top of this section. It covers what would be needed to put a Turbo onto a non turbo motor. It is not a simple install, and not for the faint hearted. It would require considerable fabrication, and you would not be able to just use a Turbo ECU in a non-turbo car.
