I have an 89 Vert...and I'm currently thinking of adding a wing for XMas...but I want some input from people as to what kind I should put on...

I, personally, have two favorite options but I'm still dicey on how one of them looks with the top down. If anyone has seen DrKillJoy's red vert....you will notice his MX6 wing on it...even though he doesnt like it...I think it's different and unique is cool in my book....but

I'm also looking at the two pedestal wing that you can pick up from andysautosport.com....it looks flatter and more stock...but I've only seen a car with it and the top was up...so I need help...

If anyone has that wing on their car...can you post a pic or two of it with the top down please. Would be greatly appreciated...

not bad...thats certainly not the wing I was talking about originally...but I appreciate the pic...and it looks solid on the car...

 

i remember DrKJ's wing. don't look at it too long, it grows on you. Just make sure you pick one that flows with the vert.

 

I'm trying phoenix...it's just that there are sooo many BAD options out there...that I want to be able to see what it looks like with the top down before I really wanna know.....I mean...if this were a coupe...a GTU wing..no problem...but on a vert...it's a whole diff ballgame. If you have any other pics of verts with wings Phoenix...please post them...

if you really want your car to look nice then you're gonna have to experiment. Or at least research this more. measure where you van mount it on the trunk and how far it's gonna have to extend in order to look right.

The recomendations above are based just by looking at them. You need to go find out and update this thread when you're done.
