Radiator is 1.5".
Oil cooler is a special hose with special fittings.

You need to replace ALL hoses? The 5/8 to the BAC valve?

note: you need a prebend hose for that one if you want to clear the rod to the OMP(on s4)

Replacement oil cooler lines are available from CorkSport for cheapest price (a little over $100).

If you can get access to a hydraulic shop, they can make "new" hoses with your old ends for a little cheaper ($50 - $70).

MTNRACER tells me that it is expensive to buy hosing from the dealer, I want to replace most, if not all, due to the fact that they are old and since the motor is out I might as well do it......any places you recomend for this job? I just got a job so withing the next couple of months I will be able to invest a little more money on the car.

I would try and do it yourself.
You should be able to do it over a few hours - spread it out over several days if you can't do it all at one time.

Silicone vacuum hose is recommended for small diameter stuff.
Medium diameter stuff (1/2" to 1") can be replace by heater hose from the local car parts dealer.
Do NOT change out the special hoses with the reinforcement (web or diamond shaped pattern molded into the hose), as this stuff is extra strength and will not fail under most conditions - it is very expensive to replace them with Mazda OEM parts!

Some of the special coolant hoses need to be ordered from the Mazda dealer, as they are specially bent for their application.  If you insist on replacing these things, then you need to pay the dealer for them. These special heater hoses are the ones that are connected in the middle of your firewall, and the smaller one coming off the lower radiator hose at the radiator (you could get away with a generic one for this one if you have a good auto parts store local to you).

If you don't need the heater hoses then you're saving a lot of money!

Just keep in mind what the hoses are doing/flowing.
If there's coolant in it, use heater or coolant hose.
If it's just vacuum, you can use silicone or rubber vacuum hoses.
If there's oil in it, you need special hose for the oil.
If there's fuel in it, you need special *fuel injection* hose for it.
