ok so my car 90 n/a has been sitting in my garage for about 3 weeks without starting it. i live in wisconsin so it has been pretty cold out the past few weeks. well i get in my car to take to my shop and it doesnt start. when i turn the key i hear the fuel pump going and thats it. the battery is mint and i tried jumpin it neway but still nuthin. how can i check to c if its my starter???ne ideas??? i need help asap. thanks

 

From what my cousin told me, the starter is underneath the car by the transmission or something, i guess you can find some sort of test for that. Anyway try to get some good fuel in the tank, get all the old crap out first. Rx7's generally have a real problem cold starting. On top of that if you let it sit for a while some funky **** will probably happen to the engine, just because something bad always happens to these cars. Check you're spark plugs and make sure you're getting spark, plug wires too, mine were bad so i had to change em out.

I'll have to ask my cousin how he figured out that his starter was crap, i'll ask him and let you know.
