Need Help! Vid Inside Car Runs But Wont Idle

Hey guys when i first bought this car (1987 TII) it wouldnt run. Well after some work i got it to run, problem was even after i got it to run and idle it still ran like crap and on startup could not hold in idle until it warmed up. and then decided because of a huge oil leak that covered everything in the engine bay to remove Uim and injectors etc etc and cleaned and painted everything and replaced numerous hoses and gaskets etc etc. Well after i took everything apart i found some problems with vacuum lines and some other minor things and found that pesky oil leak. well after all that stuff was fixed i went and started up the car and now it runs the same way it always used to LIKE CRAP. IT STARTS BUT WONT HOLD AN IDLE AND DIES BELOW 1800 rpms.

YES I CHECKED THE TID AND It did have a crack right where it gets crimped over the turbo inlet but it wasn't cracked long enough to let air leak out.

So i recently got a Mulitmeter and measured the resistance of the BAC which yielded 0.02 ohms so i am assuming its dead. Then i measured the air solenoid thing that connects to the stock intercooler and its resistance was 0.03ohms which means this part is dead also. Then i decided to measure the resistance on the TPS sensor. At rest it measure 1ohm and at full throttle i got 5.9 ohms which means that my TPS is good. So then i measured the air supply valve thing on the back of the intake manifold near the firewall and i got inconsistent values from 13ohms all the way up to 30 ohms so i am assuming this part is also bad.

SO then i made an Engine light checker from http://fc3spro.com/TECH/HOWTO/ERRORC...KI/zerror.html
and found that while the car started and barely ran the ECU THREW THE O2 SENSOR CODE

But i know that a bad O2 wouldnt make the car idle like that.

I am lost as to what could be causing the car to idle like this i feel as though i have tried everything

Car has a rebuilt motor with 40,XXX which was compression tested and proven to be in great condition.
HAS A FCD SOLDERED IN
FULL EXHAUST
TB MOD
ALL EMISSIONS REMOVED AND BLOCKOFF PLATES INSTALLED.
Injector harness clips have been replaced with brand new ones.

TELL ME WTF CAN I DO?????

HERE IS A VIDEO OF THE CAR RUNNING AND DYING AND THROWING THE O2 ECU CODE

http://media.putfile.com/RX7-TII-sta...throws-O2-code

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP
