need help with a turbo setup

my sig is whats on my car now. my upgrades will be, stock 550cc or 650cc primary injectors and 1200cc secondary injectors. ditch the f-con for a apexi s-afc, greddy front mount intercooler. my goal is high 11's. can you give me some ideas on the best turbo, manifold and wastgate. do you think i can run 11's with the stock ecu? i will be going to a haltech when i can get the money. what rwhp is needed to break the 11's.

HKS T04 cast manifold <$300
Turbonetics 60-1, P-trim turbine ~$1,000
GReddy V-Spec front-mount IC kit ~$1,000
Miscellaneous AN lines an fitting for new turbo $300
T04 turbine outlet adapter to your exhaust $200
Fuel system upgrades (fuel pump, fuel injectors, controller, FPR) $1,000

400hp to the wheels easily - this'll crack 11's on decent drag radials.

down pipe will have to be custom made by a local shop with the turbo on the car. you also need a wastegate which is another few hundred. add a haltech $1200 or so. and probably a couple more hundred for some good tuning.

you'll have a harder time geting those #'s with the stock ports. you should really crack that thing open and start porting
