Need help!!! Started my rebuilt motor but acts weird!!!
I started my FC yesterday for the first time and it sounds like s#!t...It sounds like its muffled and kinda like a lawn mower.
here are some details and mods that might help determine the problem:
REBUILT J-Spec
13B monster street port
Stock turbo + manifold
S5 N/A ngine harness (told it works perfectly ok with T2 swap)
S5 pressure sensor (told the same)
S5 T2 ECU
3" downpipe + exhaust
850 cc injectors all around
stock N/A fuel pump just for now while we start it up and tune a bit but do have 255 walbro
8.5 Magnecore wires
Dry cell battery with 880 CCA
So it'll floods like crazy at first so I have my buddy disconnect the fuel pump while I keep cranking WOT then it eventually unfloods, we hook up the fuel pump and it finally comes alive. I have to keep reving thought for it stay on or it instantly dies. SO while its on it sounds choppy and hesitsant.
Any idea why its acting like this?
What things can I look for to fix this problem?
Take into consideration I will also be installing:
-S5 T2 pressure sensor
-Fuel Pump
-FPR
-HKS std FCD
-SAFC

I guess you didn't search before trying to do all this. The turbo II and NA harnesses are very similar with eachother but I would just use a turbo II harness to avoid all the BS. Also use the turbo II ECU or you will have a lot of problems figuring out your next move.
Replace your primary injectors with the stock 550cc and keep the 850cc for your secondaries and tune them with the SAFC. Also you will need a Wideband o2 sensor and EGT to properly tune all this unless you take it to a tuner.

I'm just gonna run all 850cc injectors, hook up my HKS FCD, S5 pressure sensor, install my SAFC and hook up the wideband for some quick tuning.
Apprecite the W.O.W!
Might make it to SS11 afterall!

Ok I put in my Walbro 255 and stock S5 T2 ECU. Car idles great. Runs really rich though...any who...question:
Can I run all (4) 850 cc injectors on a stock computer along with my SAFC?
