Yeah that's a good start, you'll want to replace that TID soon though. I RTV'd mine and it wasn't long before it popped again (no surprise).

Timing Still Looks Off

Ok checked the TPS sensor. Found 1.7kohms closed and no change wide open. I checked per the FSM between terminal A and B. So should be 5k fully open. Hmm.
Time for a new one. Any thing wrong with going with TPS with that reading? thanks

Hey everyone thanks for all the help the TPS was frozen up into the closed/idle position. I replaced it last night and took a drive. Its awesome first RX7 i have ever owned. First RX7 I have ever driven!!!!!!!! I have small things to fix now that should give me know problems. The timing and CAS were right the whole time! I did have to adjust it but the TPS would not let it warm up and let the timing get normal. I have a 4000 fuel cut and Ihave a defencer?hmm but ill get to that tomorow and post a thread if needed. Thanks everyone!!!

OK I drove it to work 4 days this week!!! I keep poping up with small coolant leaks . So i ordered the rest of the heater hoses today so i can fix that. I got the windowa tinted. That was a trade off. I got a badass KOVE audio sub. Im gonna take the turbo off and port the wastegate this weekend. It can spike to 10 lbs fast mabey more. But I have been babying it. To not destroy it. The idle is little lumpy? Is that normal on a street ported engine? Takes off great! But I am gonna swap the injectors around between primary and secondary and make sure the injectors are good, it still sputters out at 4000 rpm??? And I put in a stereo, NOISE is everywhere in it? Poor grounding I suspect. Thats the latest. I will keep ya'll updated.
