Thumbs up need help quick

ok well heres the problem i have a 88 turbo II. the fuel pump relay is not clicking so it not giving power to the engine to start up. i think it has something to do with the wires leading from the ignition. the ecu wires all checked out. i have switched fuel relays too. so i dont know what else it could be. have any of you guys had this problem of have any input. thanks

i guess its like reversing the power and draining it could have something to do with the ground wire
