NEED help on part identification

Can anyone tell me what year and model the MAF with an "A" code is from? I know the "B" is the N/A 86-88 s4 MAF's but what is the "A"??? I am refering to the sticker witht he big letter on it.

Is the opening square or circular?

Square = S4
Circular = S5

I think that's the way, or do I have it reversed... ugh it's too early.

Bump! Can anyone help?? It is the squarish looking N/A AFM or MAF whatever its called. I need to know if it is the same as the "B" code or not. Thank you!

i think most of the part numbers calibrated are in the form of N *** for example n350 or n370 . im not sure what the a or b are for

Those are all S4 AFMs (they're not MAF, there is a vague difference) and they are ALL interchangeable, regardless of the year.

EDIT: That is, they are interchangeable within the S4 years.

I bought these and where told all were N/A AFM's. So i was pretty sure the A was different.
