Need Help Now!!! Friend Car Broke Stuck!

my friends rx7 91 non turbo is not working and he is stuck in florida and cant get back home nc or to part of fl.

the clutch wont work.... it was my car and worked fine but then i sold it to him b/c he needed it to go on a trip and his car wouldnt make... well he doesnt know how to drive a 5 speed car but he knows how to drive a military truck. i took him driving and he did great just took a second to figure out the shift pattern and clutch work was fine.

now after 6 hours of driving the clutch wont work says it feels the same but if he starts up the car in gear with clutch pushed in it jerks forward and if its in neutral it cant be put in gear.... so whats wrong can their be a easy fix or is it a serious problem?

no dont paypal him money. his fault for breaking it.

maybe he should have reconsidered buying a 20 year old car to take a road trip in.

tell him to start it in neutral, rev it up slowly till around 4krpm and try to slip it in second. he may have to work it in or pull hard, but dont break the shifter.

he doesnt need the clutch to shift. so tell him to drive it to a shop if he cant afford to get it towed.

if he hasnt figured out whats wrong with it, hes too dumb to solve the problem.

why would the clutch fluid be hot? doesn't sound right at all since it doesn't really do anything except to move back and fourth from the master cylinder and the slave. I know you said that thee was fluid in there, but how much? The master might be leaking and there might not be enough fluid to do the job. What level line is the fluid at?
