The cruise control unit is under the driver side dash by the CPU and fuse box. It is the metal box mounted to the inside of the fender panel. It has a white 13-pin connector stuck in the bottom.

The cruise control actuator is a large black box with a throttle cable-looking thing coming out of it. If you open your hood, you will see it mounted on the passenger side firewall.

The speed sensor is part of your wonderful Mazda all-in-one gauge cluster. When you remove the gauge unit from your dash, there are some wires hanging out of the back. The speed sensor wire is the green & red wire coming out of the big white round connector on the circuit board.

Sorry, no habla AVC-R, so I have no idea where your connections go.
