Need help identifying this part I broke

As title states. its the part that the 3 (supposed to be 4) vaccume lines are going into. I broke one of the nipples off of it trying to replace a vaccume line. Thanks you

the center circular part is the piece that connects your 4 oil injectors to a vacuum source on the intake manifold. I have one I can send you for $15 if the dealer as for too much.

Its called "Vacuum hose spider" . I suggest you replace the entire piece, Mazdatrix has it for $53. I wouldn't get just the circle piece/ regular hoses because each hose is pre bent differently.

Non turbo part # from mazdatrix: 14-VACSPIDER-NT

Turbo # : 14-VACSPIDER-TB

They may call it a Vacuum Splitter, which essentially is all that is. Takes one 6mm vacuum hose from the UIM and splits it into four 4mm vacuum hoses that run to the oil injectors. Just remove the part and take it to NAPA/Autozone/etc and have them find you a replacement. You don't need to buy the $53 bullshit from Mazdatrix, and it doesn't have to have "certain angles" or anything. In fact this may be a good time to go ahead and replace all of your old OMP vacuum hoses anyway.

OIL METERING INJECTORS - each of the 4 injectors has a vacuum line that connects to a round gang block, and from there it connects with a larger vacuum hose to the upper intake manifold.

Thats what i was in the process of doing when that part broke while trying to remove a vac line. I sent my injectors out to be cleaned and in the mean time i fugured id get the rest of the hard to reach vac lines while the uim was off. I dont think napa or autozone willhave it. the dealer has to order it for $25. but they are about 30 miles away.

It's just a vacuum splitter. It takes one vacuum source and splits it into 4. Just go to the parts store and buy some vacuum hose and 3 "T" plastic or brass fittings.

arrange them like

ok one more question. In the first pic there is a metal line right next to the oil injector on the right that has no vaccum line hooked up. Can anyone tell me what line hooks up to it. I looked through al the diagrams on here but found nothing on that particular line. Thanks

It's for the FPR's SOLENOID. On a series four there should be a metal nipple in that area that is slanted towards the rear of the engine a bit. That nipple gets a hose and the hose gets connected to the metal line you mention.

Take another jpg at a slightly different angle if you will. I might be wrong. There's something I'm not seeing in that first jpg.

EDIT: I stole a jpg of this forum showing the slanted nipple that goes to where you queston. Gets a hose of course.

ok awsome. thanks you for the help.. Hell while im here i might as well ask another question. I am wanting to clean up the the manifold a bit. I used a wire wheel on it which did a pretty good job but i want to clean all the grease out of the cracks that i cant get to. I bout a plastic tote from walmart. And a 2 gallon jug of purple power. Can i soak the manifold in that? Or will it damage the metal some how? Thanks again

Just spray it down real good and let it sit. Then spray it again and spray with some water pressure. A power washer would work, but the water hose with a jet nozzle was good enough for me.

OK I think I may have screwed up. I went back and was re reading a this thread to help another member. In the quot you say that the nipple that angles to the rear of the engine goes to the metal line thats in my pic above? Is that correct?
