coolant seals?
stock 87' TII
so I turned on my car today, (I daily drive it) and it kept getting close to dying and I had to give it a small amount of gas to keep it alive, even while doing that it was still faltering alot. smoke was coming out like normal when It began to idle normally and I started pulling away down the street but it was alot thicker than it normally is. I started going down the road and alot more smoke came out even as it was at operating temperature (the smell was that of coolant ofcoarse), I quickly turned back for home at this point.
when I parked, I turned off my car and popped the hood. I found that my upper radiator hose is leaking and its dripping around the turbo and onto the block, I was wondering if its actually being taken in by the turbo? I tried to start my car again to see how bad the leak was but it wouldnt fire up it only cranked. a bit after I stopped cranking the engine smoke would come out of the exhaust for a little.

I'm not sure what your question is.
If you're getting coolant in the turbo then you need to fix that before you get hasty.
Take off your radiator cap while the car is running and look for bubbles.

so I was finally able to get it started today, it was being really stubborn and when it ran it would be shaking like crazy, it seemed to clear up at a certain point and would idle on its own. no bubbles coming up when the rad cap is off. so I guess it somehow got into the intake?
