I posted about this earlier, but didnt get many responces. My car will crank, but not fire. I have spark and fuel. I did the bare block to it. Here's the thread.

I made sure the fuel lines wre running crrectl, and from the FPR, I ran the small va hose to one of the 3 nipples on the front of the UIM. The boost gaug, pressure sensor, and BOV are all run to the small nipple on the UIM by the BAC. I need help by tomorrow morning. Work beckons.

What is "did the bare block to it"?
I was trying to follow your fuel flow.
I would normally expect pump, to filter, pulse damper, one fuel rail , the other fuel rail, pressure regulator, back to the tank.

"bare bok Is when you pull all the emissions and un needed vac lines. How you described my fuel flow is how it is right now. The main line from the FPR goes back to the tank, but the small line is hooked up to one of the small nipples on the front of the UIM

So what is the current situation?
Does the fuel pump run when you first turn the key?
Does the engine start? run?

I was told that, after rewiring a Walbro, it won't turn on unless the car's being cranked. And, even when it ran, I couldn't hear the pump. I started it with starting fluid, and it started and revved fine. So, it HAS to be fuel delivery. Maybe a bad seat on the injectors? Bad connection?

Any chance that your AFM is messed up? have you tried using the fuel pump jumper to put it constantly on? (only use for testing!)

*edit*
I suppose I should clarify.. I had the same problem after my rebuild, it turned out that the AFM was defective, and it wasn't hitting the "Switch" to turn the fuel pump on after the crank.. so it would die after 3-4 seconds of turning it over... All I did was jumper my fuel pump test connector, and life was good..

and I'm tossing this in, just because... admit it... you think S&M smileys are awesome too
