Need Help with ERROR Codes, Wiring Problems 88 Turbo II

Ok, I am having wiring problems with my 88 turbo II. I hooked up my code checker and it worked this morning, indicating I had a bad oxygen sensor. Now I hooked it up and all I get is two red lights.. they do not go out after 3 seconds, and the fuel relay located on passenger side in engine compartment near the head lamp assembly is clicking and vibrating. And thats it, the car will start and gets major fuel smell and won't hardly idle. Do I have a bad wiring harness or bad ECU... anyone?????

UPDATE-!!!

I just pulled the ECU, I disconnected my HKS FCON computer which piggypacks the ECU. I used the code checker and this is what happened- Light came on for 3 seconds, then off.. stayed off indicating no codes. However, my oxygen sensor is disconnected!!! no code for it... HMMM, I pulled several connectors- throttle position, air flow meter, intake air temp sensor.. they all indicated a code when I pulled the connector. Also, the car will not start now. I'm wondering if I have a dead spot in the ECU???? or do I possibly have a short in the engine wiring harness???? Any suggestions.... PLEASE HELP!!!
