Need help with Engine mount aligment issue
Whats up everyone? i just replaced my oil pan gasket and put a baffle on, the subframe is back on but my engine mount that is bolted under the pil pan is not sitting right at least i dont think it is. i tried a few things and nothing works. its really not easy to explain so i have pictures also that hopefully make it more understandable in a nutshell what im asking is where the mount is right now can it stay there or does it have to be moved and locked in. any help is appriciated

You have to play around with the mount, it is probably touching something that is not letting it go into the slot properly. Do you have the engine raised enough to allow you to move the mount freely around? This shouldn't be an issue if there isn't anything in the way.
The mount really only goes in one possibly way. I can't specifically remember, but I do know the slot is to allow you to remove/install it from under the engine when you slightly raise it to remove the mount. If you are still having problems, I can recheck my mounts to see how it is supposed to sit.
