Need help deciding...

Im looking at a few RX7's but Im not sure which way to go...
This is the one Im most worried about, from the description can anyone tell what the problem may be and how difficult it would be to fix?.. This car does have a/c and I have removed the Power steering pump, makes it a lot easier to do plugs and wires. It has some cheap rims on it and a rear spoiler and headlight intake vent. Okay now the bad. Someone backed into the door and fender. I have a door and it will go with the car. I was going to just buy fiberglass fenders just because they have some hail damage. The cars sunroof doesn't open and the car seems to have a problem with flooding when hot now. It didn't start to do this until I started removing everything. The car ran bad before and now it runs great but it floods now. When you start it up you can smell the gas. I have some injectors that will go with the car also that are in good shape. I had planned on making this a autocross car because the body wasn't in great shape it had a body kit on it and I took it off. So if you look in the pic's you can see where it was. This is a fun car with a awesome suspension set up. If you buy this car and are a distance away please bring a trailer, I don't want this car to flood on you at a gas station on the way home.
The next one is a yellow 79 with only 47600 miles on it. The only problem the guy says it has is it needs a new fender and a new header. The header is part of the exhaust right? How hard would it be for me to find one and replace it? If I go up to get the car I assume I will need to put it on before driving it back home.

The last is an 88 .. Here is the description from the guy, tell me what you think:
This is a 1988 Mazda Rx7 GTU. The car does have some physical damage as is evident in the pictures. A few dents and dings in the car along with a few small rusted out spots. You can see from the photos that I painted a friends hood on the hood of this car expecting that I would be completely stripping it and refinishing it. The paint that is there is easily removed with paint reducer. It is a northern car so there is underbody rust. It does run and has the NON turbo N/A Mazda 13B rotary engine in it. Really the only mechanical work it needs is the engine compartment cleaned out of cob webs and the fuel injectors cleaned out as they do leak.
