Red face need help with buying suggestions

hey, i'm about to rebuild my 88 turbo 2, and I want to know what places would have the cheapest things like gasket sets and I especially need the coolant seal! Is it possible to use the old apex seals? because I can't afford the expensive rebuild kits(like the ones on atkins). Is there anything else that is COMPLETELY necessary for my car to run after a rebuild except a gasket set and coolant seal? I don't know where to find cheap sets and stuff so it would be great if you guys could help me out.

also, I couldn't find any coolant seal for ale, do gasket kits come with the coolant seal? because I checked the items on the atkins rotary "master rebuild" kit and I couldn't find the coolant seal? does it have another name other than ""coolant seal""?

most rebuild kits I have seen come with coolant seals.

Apex seals are a different matter. There are several schools of thought. I will re-use a apex seal that is well within specs, but I only build a couple motors a year and only for my own or my close friends use. Many of the normal rebuilders never ever re-use apex seals.
