Need help with BOV quick

Ok i got my apexi intake , apexi bov and turbo timer in the mail today.

I just installed the Intake but im having trouble with the BOV , Im not sure how exactly the big metal pipe bolts on. Does the liltle black round thing that connects to the intake piping need to come off?

Im totaly lost here any help would be greatly appreciated

Im sittin here trying to figure it out but all instructions are in chinese.
