any body outhere know how to adjust the TPS on a s5 turbo 2 or anybody know a website that shows you how

Similar to Zenki/S4 TPS - there are six wires on the plug versus 3, but the colors are still the same.  This is for resistance method.  I dunno about the twin lights method.
