need help with 90 sec gen

i have a ? maybe someone can help me out with...i have a sec gen runs perfect the only problem is after 5000 rpm there is no power... up to 5000 is fine from 5000 to 8500 no power at all it just revs cant understand what it can be the car does not burn oil smoke it is a turn key car can someone please help never had this problem befor

I would download the FSM, section 4a I believe. "Fuel and emissions Non Turbo" (I assume its a non turbo), and do the checkouts for the Auxilliary ports, and the VDI.
