Exclamation Need Help!!!

I have a problem with the car missing on the trailing 1 coil. I have replaced the coils and the plugs are new, i just replaced the motor and it ran fine for about a week. i do know that the bolt to the crank angle sensor fell out and the timing was screwed up after that the coil started firing funny, only on the trailing 1 coil though. i have an 88 gxl. please help!!!

why do you say its the AFM? Is the idle very uneven and stumbles, etc.? If so, you prob have a vac leak. That or tps needs adjusting.

****. That silicone line idea sounds like a good idea. I'm probably going to do that. Have you checked the car when it is at it's operating temperature? I'm sure you know that the bouncing idle is usually a TPS adjustment thing. It'll probably go away after the car has warmed up some.

Anybody else out there think it might be the CAS? That would be my guess.
