Need help; screwed up while trying to fix my grounding on the intake manifold.

http://www.aaroncake.net/RX-7/grounding.htm

I was doing the ecu ground and went to take off the nut and managed to break it off because it was rusted.
So now I have about one inch of the bolt sticking up and no way to remove it.
Anyway to put my ground somewhere else or to get the bolt out?
I can post pictures if needed.
