Need fast help for Christmas!!!!!

My clutch master just went and I have to drive to PA tomorrow for Christmas. I found a place open and they didn't have the clutch master but the had the rebuild kit. I noticed that the clutch master doesn't just bolt off like the brake master. I can't find any bolts! Do I have to take out the whole unit to rebuild it or can I just unbolt the top bolt near the line? How can I do this in time for tomorrow morning? Please help me.

John

the bolts are hidden! It sucks. Put your driver's seat alllllll the way back, then do a reverse limbo move and stuck your head up into the pedal area. There are two nuts that have to come off. When the nuts are off, you can pull out the clutch master from the firewll, you will see that it infact has studs on it. good luck with the rebuild

make sure to "bench bleed" the cyl before it goes back in the car. Just fill the tank, and cover the hole with your finger. Then push the cyl with a screwdriver or something, and cycle it until fluid comes out. then wipe it off, install it, and bleed the system

Thanks a lot, I got it out. I'm looking at the cylinder and there is a washer type thing that has two little holes in it that holds the piston in. How do I remove this? I tought it screwed out but that didn't work.

I haven't ever had one apart, but I suspect you mean a snap ring. You need snap-ring pliers... or really thin needle-nose might do it. squeeze the 2 holes toward each other, it should make it smaller and come right out.
