Exclamation Need eletrical help!!!!!

I need help guys, my 90 turbo is out of acction due to what I think is an electrical problem. Yesterday I driving along and hit a pothole and my idiot lights dimmly light up then go out after a few secs, when i step on the brakes they light up again, then go out when I let off the brakes. I park and restart the car to check to see if it's a big problem, car starts but takes a little cranking to get it going ( Its been doing this for a while but it always starts, thats another problem I need to fix) Soooo.. to make a long story short the next day the car has no power with the key turned on. The headlights, horn, and hazards work but no power to the ignition or the idiot lights nothing! I,ve checked the interior fuses and batt which is good and reading 12+ volts on the dmm.

And also I have a new altenator and starter so that souldn't be the problem. maybe Icemark or Hailers can help me out, they both seem to be in touch with the eletrical side of the force.
