Need advice on this 87 n/a (pics)

First of all i havto say i saw the pics and i instantly fell in love. Maybe it's the black-cherry custom paintjob that caught my eye. Or teh 4thousand $ canadian pricetag? Or the list of mods? Whatever it was, i think i really want this one. At first i really wanted a Turbo II(who doesn't lol) but im 17 and i dont really need a fast fasst car...newayz.

Mods:
k&n intake
headers
HKS Hiper (fake) catback exhaust.
turbo brakes
turbo rims
5 bolt conversion
brand new brakes all around
spare transmission
aluminum hood
spare steel hood
headlight intake duct
Border 2 front bumper
turbo spoiler
eibach lowering springs
tokico adjustable shocks
stock exhaust included
23 000 km's on new engine
receipts for everything
199 km's on body

interior is 8/10
exteior is 6/10

it's a 5 speed manual
power sunroof and mirrors
Alpine CD Player (around 6 months old)
some rust on the sunroof but that's it!
8,700 in receipts alone

Another guy that went and checked it out said the rust is very small on teh sunroof and not a big deal.

Here's something the owner told me:
The last time I did a compression test it was pretty much perfect close to 110 on all three sides of the rotors, front and rear. Oil changes were done every 3000 kms, the engine is a mazda remanufactured engine, which I installed myself. When I got the motor I could tell that they did a complete rebuild... rotor housings were new, and obviously evrything inside besides the rotors...around 8-10k worth of reciepts! It's a very good running car and worth the price.

So? What do you guys think?
P.S sorry about the huge post but i havto pay for this with all my hard earned money so i tend to be much more cautious

NIce car!!

Nice car!! I just brought a 86 (se i think) tonite. I did a little bit of 'test driving' i felt in love it it almost right away. When i first drove the car out of the guy's house i thought i made a wrong choose. But when i got on the freeway and open her up it was sweet! I don't know about you but a NA 7 is good for me right now. Since the car looks like is been taken care of i said go for it!
