NA vs Turbo?

So I have dilemma, I have the chance to get a partial turbo kit for my 88 vert for a really good price, all the main pieces that I need. Just wondering if you could would you do it? What kind of mpg would I go down buy?

Here's what I get:
Holset WH1C Turbo
Manifold
Turbo back exhaust
Injectors Blueprinted by RC
Blowoff Valve

All that for 500.

idk about rotary engines that much but usually you dont wanna run a turbo without a intercooler. otherwise you can blow your engine. mpg depends on how much boost you wana run. and uhhh i dont think its as simple to turbo a rotary as it is a piston engine.

What size is the exhaust housing on the turbo? What flow are the injectors rated for?

the injectors are going to be 550cc and 1000cc. Currently I'm not sure what the exhaust housing is, I've been looking for it, all I really know is that this is a high flow low pressure turbo, it's a turbo from a turbo diesel dodge truck.

Here's the information I just found for the turbo:

Holset WH1C:
Wastegated WH1C turbo with the standard 70mm dia (60mm exducer) turbine wheel, a 12cm2 wastegated turbine housing and a 56mm inducer compressor wheel.

Hopefully this helps answer the question

A little more detail on the turbo kit would be helpful. Specifically, info on the manifold? You'll need fuel and ignition control, as well as a bunch more plumbing (intercooler, oil, water, etc.).

The turbo manifold is pretty much a custom piece. I already know what I need, like I said, it come with all the important parts.

That's not all the important parts though. I don't see a standalone ECU listed, fuel pump and all the plumbing.

Based on some quick Googling, the Holset WH1C appears to be commonly used on diesel trucks. compressor wheel is 56MM/83MM, roughly GT35R sized. Which means about 350HP on a rotary at reasonable boost, around 400HP at 18 PSI or so. I'm just guessing here since I was unable to find a compressor map. The turbine side is probably small.

Standalone will be most likely a Megasquirt, Fuel pump most likely be a Walbro 255, and plumbing will be from 2.5" and 3.0", depending on where it is. Sorry I can't give you more then that, but I won't have those parts yet, just the ones I have listed above.
