The onyl trustworthy j-spec importer I have ever heard of is corksport.com. Even if the others have a warrenty (unlikely) they will usually try to weasel their way out of it.
Remember, as Ted says, cheap will bite you in the ***.

Look in your local phonebook for "engine exchange" and watch your local classifieds. You don't want to pay to ship one of these engines, even if it is a little beer keg!
