okay i finally got my s4 tII motor, and all the vacuum lines in. but of course it won't start. It has spark, and i'm sure the fuel hose are connected correctly, but it just won't start. It cranks, but thats all about it does, and just to mention i don't have my o2 sensor on, could this be causing it to not start?

 

No, you dont need the O2 sensor plugged in to start the car. Pull your plugs and see if they are wet. If they are not, you dont have fuel and need to check your lines. If they are then you need to deflood the motor.
