So basically only 6 port engines in either 1st or 2nd gens. With a set minimum weight, neither generation should have an advantage over the other.

I 1st want to see a 13 sec n/a FC time slip, and then we'll set up rules!

If you want to be the one to put up the prize money then we'll have something to win.

It is all for the fun of it. It is to see who is more creative within the scope of the rules. Who can go fastest in a fairly equal world. If we didn't have rules then someone would strip their car down to a tin can, drop in a peripheral port that revved to 11,000 rpm, installed a 5.55 rear end and some drag slicks, and then claim the fastest streetable (since this is a VERY debated topic) n/a on the forum. That isn't too fair. Let's just see who is more creative with limits. I don't even think the first in the 13's should be the goal. Just the fastest within the rules. If it's in the 13's, that's cool. That makes it fun and fairly easy to accomplish to everyone rather than to that person with the most money. This isn't Formula 1 and no one here is Ferrari.

How about Touring Car rules for interior....the dashboard needs to be kept.
Stock glass needs to be kept - no lexan or plexi windows.

You can gut the interior and run race seats, but there needs to be two seats.

I can't see more than a couple hundred pounds of weight by gutting everything inside.

No metal cutting!
