NA harness on turbo2 question

Hey I just dropped an S5 turbo2 set-up into my 90vert but I can't seem to get the car running can anyone tell me what mods I need to do to the NA wire harness so it will work with the turbo motor, I have eliminated all the pollution controls and non-necessary sensors. the car does turn over with the na ECU but I have a N374 ECU for the turbo set-up and it wont start up at all when that one is plugged in, any help would be great thanks!

did you deflood the engine? I swapped an s4 t2 engine in my 88se using stock na wiring harness. I remember while i was doing research, that that the s5 harness was pretty much plug and play. Do you have, spark, fuel and compression?
oh yeah, search..........theres lots of info on this.

Yeah the engine is deflooded like i said with the NA ECU it turns over backfires a few times and then dies but it wont turn over with the N374 ECU I guess it is possible it could be bad , timming is right, compression is good and fuel good I guess i can double check the timming

did you take the OMP off?.the S5 Omp is electrical and cannot be taken out of the "electrical loop" or it will cause the car(the Ecu) to go into Limp mode.
So,If the Omp is off,Removed, whatever, then that would be My guess.but I don't know s5's all that good.
The guys that Take the omp Off the engine usually Have it still plugged in to the Electrical harness but they move the Omp out of the way and Hang it somewhere so that is doesn't Interere with anything.

Do a SEARCH for N374 and you'll find your one of many who can't get a N374 to work. Although some don't have this problem. Get a USA ECU.

But do the SEARCH for N374.

The N374 has an extra code writtin in the ECU and in the U.S cars its missing a sensor (little black box on ecu) but it causes it to put the Fuel cut to the rear rotor on all the time
get a knightsport chip and toss it in the n374 and your good to go,has built in FBCD too,

I can send you the Bin file if you know someone who has a eprom burner

Yeah i was wondering what the black box on the side of the ECU was for I had no plug in for it, I can try to find someone with an eprom burner if you are able to send me a bin file that would be cool, and of course I'd love to get an N370 ECU but that is like finding a needle in a haystack so I jsut need to get this N374 to work somehow or buy one with the mods done to it to function with my NA S5 harness, I have a N374 wire harness but part of the plug got smashed and i dont think it has the plug in for the black box on the side either so I dont think it would work anyway what do you think??

you think using the N374 wireharness will make a difference over the N/A one?

I'd just use the n/a harness. A lot easier to work with and just wire in the knock sensor.
