friend of mine got a fc and it had been sittingfor a bit. but now it refuses to start. he pulled the ful line to the fuel rail and there was no fuel.

Question: its probably a fuel pump but do fc's have this common problem of there fuel pumps going out? Is it possible that its something else like fuel pump relay?

Any advice is appreciated.
