N326 in an '87 TII

I posted in another thread about having an N/A ECU in my TII. Cn someone explain the differnces between the N326 and the N332 ECUs. For example, does the NA ECU have the ability to monitor intake temps? Does the N/A have the same fuel maps as the TII ECU? I'm a little shocked that the TII even runs with the NA ECU. I don't drive the car now as I'm still restoring it, but I'm trying to tune the engine and I'm getting a slight galloping in the idle. Any idea if this can be the difference in ECUs. Thank you all.

Im not sure, but i dont think the N/A ECU can read positive intake pressure. And i dont think the fuel maps and things will be the same due to the TII having more air being pushed through the system, which would require more fuel. Im no expert though so i guess this post was pointless... doh!
