n/a to turbo

aight i kno there a thread with this on it but i couldnt find exactly wat i was lookin for

i gotta n/a s5 and it blew the other day so i was considerin a tII. and i wanted to make it a 5/6 port. to make this do i only need the intake manifold and housings. or do i need to change the rotors also. can i run the 56 ports with the tII ecu.

the only reason i want it cuz the 6 port turbo has more low end pull. but i didnt kno wat exactly i need to change with it

thanx

Mazda didn't produce a 6-port turbo motor. If you want a turbo motor just purchase one. They can be found used or rebuilt at reasonable prices.

you can turbo the NA motor check the FAQ under second gen and Aaroncakes postings. He has a whole write up. But without 6 ports a turbo motor has plenty of low end. THis is also even better with short intercooler piping and many other things to get quick boost. I pondered al the same things until i settled on buying a TII motor and making what i want out of it. Maybe its me but low end isnt a big deal for me ( my daily driver is a honda)
Also dont disreguard the fact that mazda didnt do it: cause it wasnt nessesary
