N/A -T2 swap, Fuel pump Question

Seeing as my N/A fuel pump does not have a fuel pump resistor circuit, will this work properly?

is there a difference between the t2 and na fuel pumps?

dont want to blow up my sweet ride due to lack of fuel or something retarded like that.

You need the TII pump if you are running a turbo engine. The NA pump can't move the volume required. The difference is small, but it's enough.

Or buy a walbro. They're like $120. If using the T2 ECU, get the resistor ckt, and rewire your fuel pump to incorporate it. The car runs smoother and much better gas mileage!

Yea, that is the right Walbro, I am doing the same swap right now but I am just gonna use a TII fuel pump cuz I dont have cash for a Walbro right now, but if you have the extra cash, I would definately go with a *new* walbro over a 15 plus year old stock fuel pump.

Running rich is better than running lean. With a walbro, you may burn a little more gas, but your engine will be safer. You don't need a fuel computer unless you go with bigger injectors.

I get 19 MPG (city) on my turbo with a walbro and 720cc injectors (2.5" exhaust, intake, lead foot). Not too shabby.....
