Lightbulb N/a Street ported engine for the second time.

I wanted to know what you guys think about my whole engine rebuild.

A Basic S4 13B n/a with a Large street port
Have Polished rotors with 0.001 shaved off the sides
Pineapple racing 5th/6th port sleeve inserts
ported intake and throttle body with the TB Modification
460cc s4 injectors for primaries and S4 t2 injectors for secondaries
A 255 walbro fuel pump
Hopefully get a electric fan.
Getting rid of the power steering but since i'm in oklahoma I'm going to need the A/C
a 2.5 inch exhaust all the way back
With a K&N air intake
Spec Clutch
I'm thinking about getting rid of the omp but I dont want to premix all the time.
s5 transmission instead of the S4.
Electric 6 ports
Block of plates

I think that is all for right now that i can think off. Thanks and tell me what you think about it.

You don't need A/C! I've been good for 2+ years without it in OK.

I figured as much by your pic. I've done the emissions removal and I've been very happy. Why are you going to use the S5 tranny? Do you just have it handy or what?

Clearly you've put a lot of effort into the engine....but the stock EFI system is holding you back. Go with a standalone, get 20HP...

And a Walbro 255lph is WAY overkill for an NA. Better get a better regulator.

Didn't even notice the Walbro...The Walbro is WAY too large for an NA. It's going to raise fuel pressure and thus cause the car to run very rich. This will cost you quite a bit of power and money in wasted fuel.

Put the NA pump back unless you know it is not adequate.

Exactly. From what I understand, it is pretty damn hard to max out the NA fuel pump, even with heavy mods. After that, a TII, or an FD pump should be fine. I'm only using an FD pump on my TII, and used the NA pump with the turbo for a year with no issues.

Do you really think the TII secondaries are that necessary? Im running a large street port on stock NA 460cc's and am still rather rich. Granted I do not have a wideband, it smells like *** with no cats.

Why do you type like you have to think while you are typing?

Ohh, ummm, oookkk, doh, duh?

What kind of replies are you looking for?

Everything sounds good except for fuel management. We suggested against the Walbro because you will NEVER need that much fuel. Unless you want to go radical, you don't have much else to do.

I just use them because that is how i talk. Plus i could use the walbro it wont affect my fuel accept for the fact that i would have to get a fuel pressure regulator. No one put that in there what so ever.

I think that implies a fuel pressure regulator is required.
