N/A Street Port

I am street porting a N/A Rx-7, what mods should i put on the car/motor to keep it running save. so i will not blow it up???

i was once told that i should go with a stand alone ecu, halteck(sp), wolf 3d ect.....

as far as I knew streetporting doesn't really cut the life of the engine much if at all. At least I've never seen anyone complain about how a streetport cause the engine to die.

But to fine tune it you'll need a stand alone or at a minimum one of the piggy-back add ons. There is power to be gained from running a stand alone on a stock port engine, but most people think the cost to get a stand alone isin't worth it. Same holds true for a street ported engine.
