My TII is running way to lean after 4 grand even with the S-AFC

I have this problem where in second or higher around 4 grand it will go off the scale lean but if I back out of it and get right back into it it will go back up to last two bars stoich. I also smell fuel but only when I am driving it hard.(no it is no the Pd already checked that). So my question is what else could it be. I am making 12psi in 3rd. I have 720 to install yet secondaries. Here are my performance mods:
Racing beat turbo back exhaust
Racing beat FCD
Walbro fuel pump
S-AFC

Any help would be great or what I should check. Thanks in advance.

Are the 720's in?
I'm not sure what the cause is, but I'd start by replacing the O2 sensor and fuel filter.

No I don't have the 720's in yet don't have the time right now to put them in. I still have my underdrive pulley to put in too.

My settings are
-2@1000
-1@2000
0@3000
+2@4000
+4@5000
+6@6000
+8@7000
+10@8000
Those are at the high setting the low is the same until 4000 I just set them +1@4000, +2@5000, +3@6000, +4@7000, +5@8000

I just installed the SSBOV yesterday.

I was messin with the throttle yesterday and noticed that the secondary flaps are kind of sticking I sprayed the heck out of it with carb cleaner helped a little but not much still runs lean sometimes I think that might be part of the problem but still doesn't explain the fuel smell my throttle voltage readings on my S-AFC are with ignition on car not running .726v at idle and 3.8V WOT I would adjust it but don't have those light things. There are no dead spots I guess that is a good thing. Is there a way to adjust it without the light things? Also where do you check the voltage to the fuel pump at?
I replaced the fuel filter 3 days ago and no change. O2 sensor seems to be working fine. But how do you check it to make sure it is good?

Sorry for being so long.

Don't have a safc here, but from what I've read on threads at this site, just turn the tps screw until you read one volt. Make sure the engine is truly hot when doing this if you still have your thermowax. Its the same thing I've been preaching about on setting tps whether on turbo or n/a. Screw lights and ohming the things out, just adjust to one volt. That one volt is the end result if you had used the lights to adjust.

not sure what model walbro. but it dropped right in. I thought it was kind of small but oh well.

Now when you adjust the tps does the car have to be running? Because I can't get to mine with the intercooler in the way and it won't run with it off. do you have to take off the tps braket like the book says or no?

if it is the ecu why would it come back up out of lean when I let up and then mash it again? Could my secondaries be going bad? Does anyone have a write up of how to get the throttle body off step by step? Because there is so much **** in the way. Can you just take the four bolts on the upper intake and peel it back out of the way.

i didnt take my i/c off, just get a long *** screw driver and slip it in there. make sure its long and thin. i got a 9in. long flat head (thin tip, thin handle) and adjusted mine to .95 volts. piece of cake. just warm up the car to operating temp. then turn off and set with the safc in sensor mode.
