Not to much more just little bit more sanding to go, I am out of rolls at moment. The photos were as the port progressed, they are not all finished product as you can see the last one is much cleaner then the earlier ones. If you were meaning the port to be polished, they will not get polished. Well they will but are sanded back down by hand with 320grit.

This is my favorite port to run of them all. The port is timed for 7,800rpm and designed to run on stock manifold with race comp bearings at 85psi+ regulator. This port is for a very large turbo it will smother the stocker. Port should be used with at least a 1.0ar; this is as big as I go without custom manifolds or 8k motors.

Since people seem to need to see the polished product to grasp a port here it is



We will use this setup to double check and measure side seal clearance as the port is so large.
