my S5 '90 TurboII maybe for sale ASAP (like need to know in few hours)

I need to sell this sucker ASAP, if someone puts a down payment and can come up with the cash by 5:00 EDT today (Friday, August 29), I'll sell it for $4500 with a spare TurboII transmission.

I've had this for sale before at $6500 and a few people made offers but eventually didn't come through, some offered $5500 right then, I shoulda took it.. The car is in Sterling Heights, MI, and I may be making a trip down to Dayton, OH, or even St. Louis this weekend, to deliver it. So I may be near you.

But if you're looking for one of these and can come up with the down payment of a couple hundred bucks now, and the money by this weekend, it's yours.

Specs below..
  • White S5 RX-7 TurboII (1990)
  • New J-spec motor, assume 55k miles to be safe (assume 40k+ from japan, 15k from me).
  • Black leather interior
  • Runs 13.75 @ 104.8 mph in the 1/4 mile at only 5.5 lbs boost
  • Custom Turbo-back exhaust
  • Cone filter
  • New this season Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's
  • New powerslot slotted rotors all around
  • New hawk HP pads all around
  • new wheel bearings in rear, new bearings (minus races) in front, shop measured & were in great shape
  • Great shape exterior and interior, has 2 door dings from same stinkin' shopping cart on the drivers side door, and some bug splatters on the front bumper, a little dent on the hood (can't tell unless you see the glare), a rust spot by the 3rd brake light, and some rust bubbling in the sunroof front hole thing, whatever it's called.
  • no ABS, no air pump, etc..
  • removed A/C
  • you can probably tell, it's fairly light for a TurboII

That's all I can think of right now, it's a great car, just need to get cash ASAP.

always great when someone throws their two cents in without knowing anything about the car in question.

Does 15k miles of no problems starting, perfect running, no overheating, perfect spooling (except for my ECU problem which only allows 5.5 psi as mentinoned) and STILL runs 13.75 @ 104.8 mph, and just general good running, sound scary?

And by no problems, I mean it's flooded once, when my father in law started it up to move it in the morning and then shut it down, and even then it was "pull fuse, crank, put fuse back, starts right up in under 1 second".. as good as any Honda I've ever owned.

I have no clue, but it has.. and it also ran 13.79 the same day.. and it wasn't like 30 degrees either, it was like 65 that day I think. I have the timeslip around somewhere..

I weighed it with a full tank of gas, and a bunch of stuff in it, at a dumping station (I think they pad the weight a little, and it only goes in 20 lb increments) and it came to 2880 a while back when it ran that time.. I've since removed some other stuff, but I think it's lighter than that even, even with a full tank @ 18 gallons
