Just put everything together loosely. If you tighten up one part of the exhaust before the rest is mounted, you'll have a hell of a time aligning everything. Start at the front, put the first piece on finger-tight, and work your way backwards doing the same thing until the whole system is hung loosely. Then start at the front and tighten up the nuts a bit at a time. You'd be amazed just how much the play in the flange holes will change how the mufflers hang out the back.

Good advice from nick86, mount everything on the rubber exhaust mounts(two for muffler and two for pipe) first then follow what nick86 said, have wd40 handy and spray it on the rubber mounts it makes the removal and install much easier.

Black, I ordered it the day before thanksgiving, and it arrived yesterday (Friday the 6th). So, a week and a half to get across country, with a holiday and a major snowstorm during that time. I am pretty impressed.
Ok, Scott, will do.

I'm gonna take it out and put it back again. Should I get new flanges or can I use the old ones? I put it on last July.
