I am running a equal length runner, divided manifold. 1 wastegate for each runner. Using 2 smaller wastegates helps control boost in a much more efficient manner as opposed to say a bigger single wastegate.

Is that silicone hose used as a turbo oil drain?

Yes it is. Why do you see a problem with that?

I prefer to use TFE hose, and do on all the kits we sell.

However just an fyi rubber found in any SS hose can only withstand 75-120C, where silicone's maximum temperature is 285C. We just inspected that hose after 20k miles of abuse and its just fine.

Man this thread is old lol, shop didn't even have the new walls up...

In my experience, silicone turns into goo when in constant contact with hot oil. The last car that I saw with silicone hose used as a turbo oil drain was covered in oil underneath because the hose had swelled and started to ooze...Course it probably depends on the brand of hose and what it's original purpose was.

I used silcone hose as a breather line and it did the same thing.

Its hard to exactly say when it spools because it spools so quick...I would have to look that the data logs again when i get home. We actually had to adjust my boost controller so that it wouldn't build boost so fast...it was that quick. Here is a link to some videos...the first 4 vids are mine. Give them a minute to load, and then they'll play.

Wow...bringing an old thread back to life. The car did a dyno pull 300hp at 13psi. Gonna wait till i have standalone and a good IC before i dyno at 20psi. Im hoping for 420+ Shouldnt be too hard to hit. Also going to weigh the car soon, im betting under 2200lbs. Should be wicked... Then its serious, build up another motor with studs, everything coated, oil mods.
