Now with the manifold that is really nice from alien. Does the wastegate dump plumb back into the exhaust?

It's plumbed that way because I'm guessing it runs something like a windshield washer pump or a "boost" pressurized tank.If you plumb it after the intercooler than you need to spend some bucks for high pressure pumps, checkvalves, accumulators, switches, etc. That's my guess anyways.

It is well accepted and proven that is the least effective place to plumb it into.
I thought it was between the turbo and ic hence my original questioning of it.

I didn't realize the injection point was before the TURBO.
Now that makes more sense and the pre-turbo location is supposed to be very effective, if not somewhat controversial. Some will argue that it will wear down the impleller blades but the effectiveness has been shown by several reputable people.

If you are not using a fine mist infront of the turbo it will do that quickly.

i noticed the maf and tmic........ w/ a setup like that....a standalone and a front mount would have been on the top of my list...... even w/ the methenal injection.... a front mount is a pretty cheap mod nowadays w/ ebay........ i hope that gets replaced soon! other than that... looks good!

One piece of the puzzel at a time. Intake temps are under control, but they could be better.
