My new TII

JUst wanted to show every my new TII. Its a 88 model, paint code RH (Or red) with grey leather interior. I recieved the car with less than 122k on the odometer, and a near flawless interior (Being no demister vents and the drivers side seat bolster is in need of a recover.) The exterior itself is in a 6/10 shape in my book, several dings and dents along both sides, but no rust. Motor was rebuilt and streetported by Kevin Landers of www.RotaryResurrection.com some time ago, P.O. said it hasnt even had its first real oil change yet. Turbo was rebuilt around the same time as well. And get this...I picked up the wonderful gem for only $2000, and get this the ac even works!!!

She currently rolls on a set of 18" ADR Sokudo's, gold with polished lip, and an unknown to me tire brand in teh size of 225/40 R18. It has a Clarion double din head unit in it right now and stock speakers as far as I can tell. All switches work, minus the cruise control switch, which works when it feels up to it. Its missing the passenger side door moulding, and has been in a prev. accident as apparent by the bent ac cooler, radiator support, new bumper and fresh paint up front.

I have few plans for this ride, mainly to get the body back to perfect and make certain I upgrade the fuel system for more boost, as well as a FMIC.

But enough about the words, onto the pics.

Yeah, I predict boost creep in my future unless the wastegate was ported, PO ran a single pipe form teh turbo manifold to the catback, has a nice tone to it though, plus ive already chunked the stock shift **** for the one in my NA, much better feel to it.

Lojack does sound like a nice idea, although the factory alarm still works. Not much theft here in bumfuck TN....but then again Ill worry about being keyed while at work.

IF that car hasnt had its first oil change since the rebuild, the previous owner is a grade-a dickbeater. That car had about 115k when I rebuilt it about 15 months ago.
