chris reedtn,

I never actually said it didnt have a motor or tranny, but it doesnt. you think that motor and tranny for turbos are Major items??? lol i can get everythin to drop straight in shipped to my door, NA's with bad motors are a bigger deal than that.

it has NA wheels because it doesnt have TII wheels... i have no idea, does it matter what wheels it has???

I dont care if it was an 86 base, it is a shell and therefore a good candidate for a turbo. it just helps that the vin is a TII and it already has the rear end.

I dont reatly understand why people would ask me if i want to sell any of them or part them out on a thread about cars that I JUST GOT!!!

the TII is getting an S5 motor and a year later... something better....

Justin

Well....if a motor and transmission aren't major, WHAT IS?

Todd

PS. Not saying they are not easy (relatively) to come by, just saying "what's more major than an engine and tranny"?

rebuilds, porting, programming, custom brackets/tubing/welding, anything that is jsut plug and play is easy. i.e. requiring no amount of innovative thought and small amount of skill.

now it i had to rebuild the engine and put a completely disassembled tranny back together.... THAT would be a bitch
