Is it my motor mount or front in mounts?
When i turn the car on the car makes a lound clunking sound kinda like what you hear if you put a marble in a plastic jug and shook it. It also does it when im shifting some times. It shakes like your about to stall out(but it doesnt) sometimes when you turn it on or you start off from a stop. Is this my front end mount or my engine mount or something else?
If i hit a bump while driving it makes that marble in plastic jar sound.
Also how hard are they to replace?
Thank you for the help.

Well considering how old your car is it's safe to say yes they are worn out good. Note,...That a poor idle can make the engine buck and kick alittle as well at low rpm aka starting from a stop and idleing.
To replace the mounts youll need a engine hoist and a friend preferably and about 3-4 hours if its your first time.

installing motor mounts?
Unbolt the two nuts on each motor mount.
Jack up car, yada yada jack stands
put wood block on jack, hack transmission from bell hosing. About an 2 inches and you can remove the old motor mounts and install new ones.
My install time: 20 minutes from jacking to jacking

Does it make the noise as it's turning over, or only after it starts? If it makes the noise while your cranking it over it's most likely one of the thrust bearings.

Here are "how-to's" for motor mount inspection and installation. They are instructions for installation of our poly mounts but the stock mounts go in the same way. http://www.banzairacing.net/how_to_home.htm
