My first stupid question.

Sup I was wondering something,
though this does sound stupid.
can you put a blow off valve on a NA car.
I rode in my friends car and i just love that
sound but I don't really want to give up my NA.

Well, I must say that your first one was a doozie but I will explain why you can't

Blow off valves, or compressor surge valves, are there to vent the reverse pressure of the air when you snap the throttle closed after a hard acceleration. Basically the pressurized air is flying into the engine and then you slam the door on it. If there is nowhere to go it will hit the turbo and stop it, which is bad, so instead you vent it out so the turbo keeps spinning.

Hope this helps!

p.s. If you REALLY want the sound you can get a little noise maker like some cheesy cars but please don't do that

you can also get little turbine mufflers that make the "vzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzeeeeeeeeeee" turbo sound so it sounds like your car has a turbo when you're driving.
and dont forget the plastic "intercooler" while you're at it.
and while you're at it, get rid of one of your wipers. you really only need 1 anyway

Hey! Back when I was heavily into turbo MR-2's, I came across a rollbar for the MR-2...

You ready?

PVC!!! Swear to God -- it was a plastic rollbar!

Get a TII engine, you'll be making that noise in no time.

Guess what I had for dinner last night?

RICE

I can't wait for your next stupid question. As long as you do a legitimate search first you can ask any question you want.
