I believe most fc's came with the ABS just on the rear brakes. Or so I was told.

Look in the upper left corner of your engine bay, is there a box with a bunch of brake lines running to it? If so you've got ABS

I was under the assumption that all TIIs came with ABS and all N/As did not, am I wrong?

Ah, this thread is full of all sorts of mis-information. Anyone that posted anything but:

all the S5 Turbos came standard with ABS. It was optional on all 87.5 and later GXL and 87.5 and 88 Turbo models. if you posted anything other than that you should be ashamed of yourself.

Please read the standard features and options stocky thread at the top of this section. https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/specifications-what-did-2nd-generation-rx-7-come-w-options-standard-features-249616/

Thread closed. Covered in Standard Features and Options thread found sticky at the top of the 2nd gen tech section.
