My diff broke, recommend me alternatives please!
Hi there!
I drive an 87 GXL and I broke a half-shaft and that subsequently ate my LSD. Mazda told me they found a diff of unknown condition or origin, for $800 canadian, which isn't cool. Ideally, I think I'd like a GTUs diff with the 4.3 gears. Where's the best place to find one right now? I don't see anything of real use in the B&S section of RX-7 club.
So, I want a GTUs LSD, but also how hard is it to put a TII LSD into an NA? Any decent aftermarket LSDs I should think about? Where to buy? I'm in Canada, so I'm a little wary of getting raped on shipping. I see the Kaaz LSD is about $800 USD at FC3S.org, where else should I look? I can't see anything of use on Ebay, either.
Help, please!

Finding a GTUs LSD is going to be very difficult. Your best bet is to go junkyard hunting. Or contact Mazda Recyclers. TII LSD in an NA is a bad idea, because you'll either need a lot of custom work($$$) or the rest of the TII driveline(heavy!). Good luck!
